About the practice

My constantly developing practice is based on the understanding that movement can serve as an access point for deeper learning about oneself, others and the environment.

This practice is drawn to the mysteries and the vitality of the body, aiming to further observe, contemplate, and listen to it, thereby strengthening the symbiosis between mind and body.

It creates a space for embracing mental and physical patterns that create difficulties in thinking, focusing or feeling and replaces them with questions that open up new visions. This approach invites participants to embark on a journey of ever-evolving experiences, where the individual becomes the agent of transformation.

The practice provides an opportunity to develop knowledge through the experience of doing and moving. It navigates the tension between thinking, feeling, and doing, where feelings transform into thoughts as they pass through the body and into the world.

It aims to cultivate grounded, connected, and responsive bodies that are capable of controlling their pathways and decisions while simultaneously allowing themselves to let go and be moved.

The spiral form is treated as a central concept in the practice, serving as the element that maintains a constant connection and relationship with oneself, others, the space and the world at large.

Navigate movement it’s a meeting point between body, mind, movement, creativity and interconnectivity.

The practice is influenced by a series of contemporary dance techniques, such as, Flying Low, Passing Through, Improvisation, Release and Cunningham. As well as Yoga and Thai Massage.
